Welcome to the 2020 Skechers Performance Elite Invitational – Virtual Edition! Elite races are invite-only and complimentary entry is given to accepted athletes. 2020 Skechers Performance Elite Invitational Prize Purse
Guaranteed Payout – Equal for Men & Women
1st – $500
2nd – $250
3rd – $125
All amounts are in USD ($).
Eligibility Requirements
- 5K time of sub-15:00 for men and sub-18:00 for women
- Comparable times for races farther than 5K are also accepted
- Receive an invitation from race officials
- Adhere to anti-doping regulations
Virtual Race Requirements
- Complete a 5K between September 14-September 20, 2020
- Virtual 5K must be completed on roads or trails (track times will not be accepted)
- Route cannot have more than 50 feet total descent
- Athlete must use Strava for tracking in order to provide a verified time
- Athlete must grant race officials access to Strava activity for official review
Results and Awards
- Finish times will be posted to the Elite Race leaderboards
- Prize money awards are equal for both men and women
- Prize money distribution is based upon verified results for overall time
- A review of the results will occur prior to prize money disbursements
- Decisions of the race referee and jury of appeal are final and cannot be contested
