New for 2020 – the top three overall finishers in all four competitive amateur races will now receive cash awards AND prizes from our wonderful partners at Skechers and Polar! We are committed to supporting runners at all levels and are proud to announce a total prize purse of $44,000 for the 35th Annual Carlsbad 5000 and Skechers Performance Elite Invitational! Age Group Awards

In addition to cash and prizes for overall race winners, the top three men and women in each of the age groups listed below will receive custom handcrafted wood medals from Elevation Culture!

About the Prize Purse

• Awards for overall race winners based on gun time results
• Age-group awards based on chip time results
• Participants are only eligible for awards in their appropriate age & gender division race
• Participants receiving prizes totaling $600 or more must furnish a W9 for tax purposes
• A review of the results will occur prior to prize distribution
• Decisions of the race director are final and cannot be contested

Collecting Your Award

All cash and prizes must be collected in person on race day from our official results and awards tent located in the Health & Wellness Expo. Awards will not be given after the conclusion of the event and prizes will not be mailed.
